An Indiana Homeowner calls us, unsure if they should list their home to sell or invest even more money (that they sometimes even don't have due to unemployment or illness or economic condtions)to pay an unknown company that calls them up promising to SAVE THEIR HOME FROM FORECLOSURE (for a fee of course-> sometimes thousands of dollars upfront)!
We have had our current SHORT SALE LISTINGS get calls NON-STOP from predators.
Our answer is, PLEASE contact the Indiana Attorney Generals Office and check out each companies legitimacy and see if the've had complaints filed. CONSUMERS BEWARE!
