We closed today on a beautiful home we listed for sale in DeMotte, IN ( Jasper County,  46310 ).

 This Listing was the result of the sphere of influence of another client who found us on one of our many websites (POINT 2) and liked the way we marketed homes and recommended us to family !

A 2 Bedroom Single Family Home is not as in demand as 3 & 4 BR properties in NW Indiana, but, as Jeff says - there is a buyer out there for just about every property type ;) 

The setting was scenic and the price affordable and the condition well maintained...so an offer to purchase came from a pre-approved, qualified buyer on the 80th day of being on the market!

With professional collaboration between the Buyer's Agent and Listing Agents together with the Buyer and Sellers cooperation, all the many steps of this transaction's process were worked through!

We Closed on a Home this week we listed In DeMotte, IN. a Town Located in Jasper County, NW Indiana.

The Relocating Clients found us while searching the Internet.

The Cute Starter Home was Priced to Sell and appealed to many 1st Time Home Buyers, especially since the Stimulus Package of an $8000. tax credit was introduced this year.

Finding a Home for Clients who just accepted an offer on their current property, so that they only have to Move once, is our Specialty!

Many of our Sellers (we represent them in Listing their Home to Sell ) become our Buyers in their next MOVE UP Home purchase!

Recently, a couple who had gone through house hunting galore, were referred to us by another Real Estate Professional.  Since moving several hundred miles away, this BROKER could not see driving back & forth to show them properties.  We appreciate referrals from our Peers in the Business!

Unfortunately, these clients had previously lost a few homes by Contingencies that expired because their home did not sell with previous agents.

Thank God, our experience with them was different :)

After an accepted offer on their property, we emailed them many homes they had not even found themselves searching on our Multiple Listing Service. 

They next spent a day driving by these new neighborhoods and homes and narrowed their choices down to 5 or so, which we showed them the very next day as time was of the essence!

The first offer we wrote died ( sellers remorse.... the home was withdrawn off the Market ).

Back to the drawing board, we scheduled a showing on a home they had crossed off their list previously due to perception that there was not enough land with the property?

We arrived early and the Sellers greeted us ( no Lock box ) .

Upon showing our Buyers this property (2 Acre parcel) with plenty of room to add future amenities our clients had in mind, we wrote an offer subject to investigating restrictive covenants.

In less than a month, our clients closed on their old home and new home in one day :)
