Some Strategies For Success in School -> Do Your Homework :) We Do !

Encouraging Children's study habits at a young age helps set the foundation for life long learning!

I spoke with our youngest daughter on the phone this week, she is student teaching @ Purdue Lafayette this semester (Freshman Math) and loving it !

Here are strategies for success in school for students of any age (my brother is going back for his MBA with 2 school age children of his own and doing awesome).

I would add to this list that a HEALTHY diet of fresh fruits and vegetables daily helps feed brain cells also :)

Wishing the students in your life much success!

I like this post guys.  It really IS important to do your homework.  In fact, I make sure before I go out to show property to my clients, that I print out a complete one-liner list from the MLS of everything active and pending in the area that I am showing, because invariably, they ask me "what about that house across the street" and this way I have the answers.  I also pull up the tax records and any HOA info I can find, if applicable just to be prepared and knowledgable about what I am showing,  I find that I write a lot more offers this way, instead of promising them that I will "check into it".

YOur guide pertains to everyone including us.  The number of agents that don't read and try to stay up on the current events is stagering.  WE see it everyday just in talking with others!
