Jeff & Grace - While I'm all for extending the tax credit, I most certainly won't be surprised or disappointed if they don't. Around here (SoCA), the whole tax credit has created some absolutely horrendous behavior and conditions for many first time buyers. I truly think that when it does expire (Nov. 30th or later), we may just start to see less insanity around here. JMHO
