What a Game on New Years Eve - Valparaiso University Crusaders Win in Final Seconds 55-54
over University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Panthers !

Ok, so the scoreboard photo is blurry (hey, this game was a nail-biter :) but it shows that with 3.8 seconds, Valparaiso University Crusaders trailed by 1 & Milwaukee Panthers coach took a time out to set up a play to inbound the ball which is stolen away (intercepted) by Valpo Senior Brandon McPherson who takes it to the basket himself for the W !

The team really had something extra to celebrate this New Years Eve! Yea!
I heard it was a great game, thanks for snapping the photo and yelling for our Crusaders.
Must have been very intense!! Were you yelling loudly after that interception or what?? Happy NEW Year!
Hi Pam - Happy new year - Yes they did have something to celebrate!
Hi Steve - happy new year - news travels fast! Jeff yelled at the ref's to notice illegal screens or let them know which players were shoving, fouling etc.. I cheered for the baskets and yelled "defense' alot LOL.
Hi Diane - happy new year - We both jumped up and down and were giving hi 5's to fellow fans around us( we actually saw this on the video link and laughed about it the next day :)
appreciate everybody's comments
Sincerely,
Grace
