And... in addition to Felix's question, did you learn anything you didn't already know and was the class outdated and was it taught by someone currently doing shortsales?
Congratulations to Jeff! After getting my certification, I had some of the same questions for Jeff that Jeffrey Smith did about online class. I know my personal feelings about the process and I am curious to know what Jeff POV was with all his experience in dealing with Short Sales. Maybe you guys can tell us at the meeting tomorrow.

Felix: I took the online class...said it was 3hrs completed it in 1hr
Jeffrey: Everything you said was right om - it was outdated - i already knew pretty much everything they were attempting to relay and in some cases I knew more..lol

I also did this past week! I'm just waiting for SFR to confirm my application so I can start using the designation. $92.00 online is great and I agree that I knew most of the information, but consumers love the extra education and designations.
