Hello all, Spring is here offically today on the calendar, but in Northwest Indiana, it's still winter coat season this weekend with even some snow in the forecast :(
One thing for sure, our HOME PRICES in NW Indiana, are affordable, unlike other areas of the country which have a "weather premium" attached LOL.
Those who live here gotta love it (or end up leavin for warmer climate) either way - Moving In or Relocating out of "The Region' as we call it....

We were teased by a couple of days in the 60s and now it's the first day spring and it's COLD! Mark reminded me that Denver just got dumped on with a bunch of snow so I guess I should be happy that we just got the rain and not snow.
Hey Guys, it is 70 here (not to rub it in) but the walk along the beach today was just wonderful and the water was cold but still enjoyable.

Hi Jeff and Grace, We went from 60 degree weather last Friday to snow all day last Saturday (with some accumulation, of course), in the 50's today and a chance of snow this weekend. I am so ready for the warm spring weather to come and stay. I will appreciate it! Hope all is going well, have a great week.
LOL Gary - sound like a weather rollercoaster ! - our youngest daughter spent part of her college spring break in GR last week with our oldest daughter who lives there - the butterfly greenhouse gardens photos she brought back were incredible! You have a wonderful city - i'll be visiting in summer:)
