Ok, I have to know ... did you use that title specifically because James Barath uses that line for all his blog posts? "Did you Know?" If not a huge funny coincidence.
Just a coincidence Steve - This is the 1st time I've used that line. Although they say - imitation is the highest form of flattery, so if James drops by because of a google alert he will see an awesome listing in his town :) perhaps he even knows someone looking to buy in Chesterton- lol now that would be a huge funny coincidence!
