We listed a home on Olcott Avenue in Hammond, Indiana and awhile later got a call from the homeowner a few doors down to list their home to sell as well!
For tracking purposes, we always ask when someone calls-> how they found us?
This out of state owner asked the tenant living in their property to find a local REALTOR, so the tenant remembered the home a few doors down the block was up for sale, went outside, copied down our phone number and website address from our F.C.Tucker For Sale Sign and voila!
A F.C.Tucker For Sale Sign in the Yard Leads to a another Northwest Indiana Listing on the same block!
Each home was a different style and Both Homes are now SOLD !
Who says for sale signs don't work anymore?
Although more people start their search on the Internet, some still rely on the ol yard sign for more marketing exposure and in this case, leads for additional business!
If you are an out of state seller reading this, we have a wonderful system in place to service your out of state home during the course of a listing and sale -and in most cases, you may not even need to fly in for the closing /settlement!
Talk to us to discuss if we can be of service in
Selling your Northwest Indiana Home while living in another state.

Grace & Jeff...Well Congratulations; That is so very great. Took a look at the homes along the right-hand side of this page; the only place that I do know is Hammond. Guess that means that either didn't actually know of placed in Indiana, OR [as feared] have forgotten too much. UGH.
Stay safe out there & have a good week.

Ahh ... great story! Sometimes we work so hard, and then something just comes so easy it makes our head spin!
Hi Barb & Sal LOL you probably are more familiar with town names along I 94
Hi Joetta, this is a 1st for us, signs are usually low on the totem pole of how we get business - but they still work!
thanks to you both for taking time to stop by
sincerely,
grace
