knew to stop without me saying anything further!
One of the great surprises about living in NW Indiana
...is that it has many surprises!
The Anderson Vineyard & Winery is one of them!
Warm memories of years ago come back every time I visit here.....
My dad used to make his own wine in the basement, I remember trips to Vineyards like this, where our family would pick grapes for a few hours ( and fill up on them until we got a stomach ache :) LOL... He had his own Spigot & Barrel ( just like the ones for sale here ) and would even let my younger brother & I have a little taste after the fermentation process was complete...it was our secret - Mom never knew or she'd be mad!!
Now when I visit Anderson's, I always ask to taste their
most recent releases...they have a wine sampling bar to
help you make your decision, since the variety produced
by their crops is abundant!
Of course there are many other items available for
purchase from home made preserves & jams (pumpkin
butter is in season now) to fresh bakery items and yes fall
apples by the bushel fulls so you can bake to your hearts
content :)
So If You are looking for something to this weekend come by and sip some home grown VINO :) and leave with
a basketful of goodies! There is so much to do for children of all ages including wagon rides, Wine cellar tours,
gift-shop with crafts from local artists, farm fresh fruit & more!

affordable housing
Scenic Jackson Township is a great place to call home.

Yes it was a huge change but one for the better. No more late nights in the steel mill with Lake Michigan breathing down my neck. Still have family in the area and many friends there. Lived in North Judson for 10 years and from the looks of the football scores, I left at a good time. Could not stand to see a great football program play like they are playing.
Panama City has some great opportunities for real estate buyers, especially investors. If you have some investors looking for a place to put some money, send them my way. I would love to work referrals with you.
Is that the Tim Brown that works at Sun Appliances? I met him a few times, nice guy.
North Judson is a nice town, I worked for Patterson Realty when I was there but just part time. I remember seeing your signs and ads when I was there.

SNOW? I will never miss the snow and the wind coming off of the lake. The closest thing we have to that is the pure white quartz sand on the beach. I'll wait to come visit when there is not a chance of snow.
