children of Homeowners can apply for money that the city grants to qualified students that
aides with their children's college tuition costs!
I went to High School in Hammond, IN even though I lived on Chicago's South Side,
Bishop Noll Institute had a great reputation for being a College Prep School and was only 20 minutes by
Car from Home !
Since Hammond is so Close to The Illinois State Line (Border City) many people choose to live there even
if they work in Chicago-land. Commute is feasible by Major Toll roads/Expressways or South Shore Train !
