Multiple Offer Disclosure Form.
This written document informs both BUYERS and their REALTORS that the Seller is extending the time frame for decision making in order to have all parties reconsider their intial offer terms and conditions and price.
This gives them the opportunity to re-write and put their best efforts forward, if they so choose.
In the Current Real Estate Market, Highest Sale Price is not necessarily The Best Offer.
