Hello James - homes in NW IN have always been more affordable than other states ( we don't have that added premium of year round fair weather as you do in AZ :)
Hello Dan - yes we prefer realbird to postlets - the birds eye view and satelite photos ( which you are allowed to adjust to the exact aerial location of the home) is what relocating buyers like to see !
Hello Bonnie - Wow - Jeff grew up in Indy and we have family there also! If you stop at fair Oaks, allow some time if you can for the tour - it's awesome - but if you just stop for the food cafe that's Farm Fresh and great too!
