Thanks Danny - we were blessed to stay busy in 2008, not as many as we've closed in the past years, but nonetheless finished in the top 100 on our board in closed sales volume out of over 3200+ Realtors - so we are thankful:) Appreciate your taking time to stop by and comment.

Congrats on a very good year! 2008 was not easy.
I do have one question. I only see two transactions marked as internet leads. Are you getting some business from Active Rain?
Hello Bruce. 2 deals closed directly from consumers calling us to see one of our listings they found in a BLOG post or google search which lead them to a Blog Post online. Several of the homes we SOLD in 2008 had buyers who told us at closing (we did not represent them-another agent did), that they enjoyed our music slide shows about the property - those were BLOGS. we get phone calls and email leads from buyers who see Listing Blogs, or lately, listing appointments from prospective sellers who read Blogs on Testimonials from clients or Just Sold property stories. (Although we have had one listing referral from an agent on AR and one sale in 2007 as well from an AR post).
Consumers either call us to see the property or call their agent to schedule a showing and we only find out at closing if our Blogs, not the MLS or their agent, impacted their destiny to own the home :)
