 Imagine our surprise when Google alerted us to a few  Sunny, California newspaper articles !!

We've Done Blogs about our Positive Experiences with Reverse Offers before...

and even the CRS Magazine Interviewed me for an Article in the January / February 2009 Issue...

from that point on the calls have been coming in ...    Real Estate News For Home Sales - Chicagoland

Our Company, F.C.Tucker (Indiana's largest ) just featured Jeff's take on our experiences with Reverse offers as Out of the Box thinking approach to Real Estate Sales in the February Statewide newsletter !

   The famous syndicated columnist for REAL ESTATE Lew Sichelman called me last month when interviewing multiple REALTORS nationwide on their experiences with this concept.......he wasn't sure which newspaper would run the article?

Valparaiso, Indiana is sure a long way off from California (Lew's Article appeared in the San Diego Union Tribune, and the Los Angeles Times) and more recently the San Francisco Chronicle. and  USA TODAY - WOW..but VALPO is considered practically a suburb of Chicago, IL ...so the news article's syndication to the ChicagoTribune.com is much appreciated ( thanks Lew :)

We feel REVERSE OFFERS in Real Estate are an 'out of the box" method to stimulate the Real Estate Market has it's place as one strategy to help be a part of the solution to turn this Market around.

Given the RIGHT CIRCUMSTANCES,
and open minded personality types involved ( buyers, sellers, and buyers agents ), it could be a match making technique :)   for getting SOME homes SOLD :)
