Hello Christine - Indiana and California are light years away in housing affordability - ( we have no weather and ocean premiums attached here :)

We do work out of our home for our Real Estate business - our brokerage gives that option to consistant top producers (thank God).

perhaps a window of opportunity will open up for you to do the same someday soon!

Hello Lynn - yes we have 4 distinct seasons here in NW Indiana, sometimes a relocating buyer from a milder climate cannot imagine how different summer looks here ....so we include seasonal photos in our winter listings for examples:)
